Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests are noted.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, adhering to quality standards.
• Anticipate and respond to customers' needs, providing recommendations and assistance as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next customers.
• Handle payment transactions accurately and securely, processing orders through our point-of-sale system.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Uphold company policies and standards for food safety, hygiene, and customer service at all times.

Qualifications:

• Must have SPM.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.
• Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
