Job Summary:
Assist Production Engineer in achieving Production Target and Quality requirement. Ensure workers all well trained to perform their duties diligently. Report to superior on daily production result on materials, output, defective, waste, machine troubleshoot and manpower status.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to ensure that the Mould is properly set-up as per plan
2. To initiate problem solving and troubleshooting activities/process to reduce production relate problems and delays.
3. To maintain good 5S and safety work environment in production floor.
4. To ensure the production target is achieved on as planned on all process/machine.
5. To ensure the records are properly kept and well maintained.
6. Conduct shift briefing on production plan/machine and training of leader/operator by use of work standard to achieve optimum result.
7. To supervise and control the manpower efficiency.
8. To conduct mould trial and co-ordinate with project team on new FA sample submission without delay.
9. Ensure all the machine are well maintained and records daily, weekly and monthly on machine breakdown, troubleshoot, downtime.
10. Ensure all the operators are complying to Safety and environmental regulations all time during working hours (Wearing PPE and Dispose Schedule Waste)
