Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on factory equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
• Conduct immediate repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintain and repair electrical systems, including wiring, control panels, and related equipment.
• Maintain and repair mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, and related equipment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory standards.
• Prepare detailed maintenance and repair reports.
• Keep accurate records of equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide training and technical support to junior technicians as needed.

Requirements: 

• Certificate or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Willingness to work outside regular hours, including weekends and emergency situations if required.
