As a bakery production worker, you will play a vital role in creating delicious baked goods for our customers. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks throughout the production process, from preparing ingredients to packaging finished products.

Responsibilities:

• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Operate and maintain bakery equipment, such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters.
• Prepare doughs and batters for baking.
• Bake breads, cakes, pastries, and other bakery items.
• Decorate and glaze pastries (depending on the bakery).
• Package and label finished products.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Follow all food safety regulations and procedures.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to a supervisor.
