Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding techniques and be able to work with various materials and equipment. The Welder will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and ensuring all welds meet the company’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding operations using various welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) on different types of metals.
• Interpret and work from blueprints, sketches, and specifications.
• Set up and operate welding machines and related equipment.
• Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Repair and maintain welding equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Welder (minimum of 2 years preferred).
• Proficiency in various welding techniques and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety standards and willingness to follow them at all times.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Good vision, including close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
