Job Summary
Customer Experience: –
- Enquiry, Feedback and Online Sale
- To provide prompt and professional responses to customer feedback and enquiries.
- To follow through with online sale of climbing shoes and accessories
- To reinforce positive feedback on customer service and products
- To keep showroom in a clean, tidy and presentable condition.
- To operate the POS system and accurately handle e-payment mode
- To pack items purchased ready for delivery, when needed
