Job Summary
Customer Experience:-
Enquiry, Feedback and Online Sale
- To provide prompt and professional responses to customer feedback and enquiries
- To follow through with online sale of climbing shoes and accessories
- To reinforce positive feedback on customer service and products
- To keep showroom in a clean, tidy and presentable condition
- To operate the POS system and accurately handle e-payment mode
- To pack items purchased ready for delivery, when needed

- Higher NITEC in Retail Management or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Creative Design or relevant subject
- Good understanding of the sports, leisure industry
- 1 – 2 years of work experience in customer service, sale, inventory skills
