Customer Service Executive – Call Center
As a Customer Service Executive, you'll serve as a connection point, providing accurate and efficient assistance with product/services information and resolving any issues that arise for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Manage all inbound communication channels including calls, live chats, and emails regarding customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and other product-related issues. Exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional service and providing accurate information.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- SPM graduates and fresh candidates are encouraged to apply – Comprehensive Training Provided.
- Candidate are required to work on rotational shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night)
SHIFTS HOURS (6 DAYS PER WEEK & ROTATIONAL SHIFTS) :
- 7 AM – 4 PM
- 8 AM – 5 PM
- 9 AM – 6 PM
- 10 AM – 7 PM
- 11 AM – 8 PM
- 12 PM – 9 PM
- 1 PM – 10 PM
- 3 PM – 12 AM
- 5 PM – 3 AM
- 11 PM – 7 AM
