Job Requirements 

  • Minimum SPM/UEC qualification.
  • Fluency in Bahasa, English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Process orders, applications, and forms.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the database.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Work in rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 customer support coverage.
