- To perform daily Maintenance operational and preventive maintenance task.
- To plan the daily task according to the established plan on daily basis.
- To ensure the quality defect, equipment defect and other issue or problem is reported by prompt feedback and frequent communication with Superior.
- To ensure all tools and equipment provided by company to perform the maintenance works are kept in good working condition.
- Perform a wide variety of general building maintenance repairs and services.
- Install light bulbs, doors and cabinet, etc.
- Perform Maintenance task such as carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical repairs to ensure that the building is properly maintained.
- To conduct any other duties as may be assigned by Superior to ensure the achievement of desired departmental working efficiency.
