URGENT HIRING OF 20 PAX AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS

Responsibilities:

1. Follows Outlet Managers instructions and works on implementation
2. Execute the cleaning and disinfection of work areas, utensils, equipment, table and chairs
3. Detect and ensure disposition of spoiled or unattractive food, defective supplies/equipment and utensils
4. Follows up and monitors commitment in all checklists and log sheets
5. Ready to cover in circumstances (absenteeism of any of the Barista)
6. Ensures compliance with the company’s policies and procedures
7. Commits in serving guest as given training
8. Commits in applying and following the sequence of service steps for every guest
9. Preserves a high standard of guests care
10. Follows up service on table and turnover
11. Ensures the appropriate and accuracy in delivered items as per guest’s request
12. Suggest selling and makes sure promotion all menu items
13. In charge of replenishment and product turnover of the assigned section
14. In charge of assigned sections/table cleanliness
15. In charge of table set up and makes sure resetting for each table as section assigned
16. Communicates and informs department heads on any guest’s special request, comment or complaint
17. Avoid wastes and works on reduction
18. Commits in assigned section as per daily schedule and his manager’s request
