We are hiring for this role on behalf of MYSense!!!

Key responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct final negotiations and secure signed agreements, ensuring the successful closure of deals.
• Meet with clients in person, over the phone, or via video conference to discuss proposals, answer questions, and address any concerns.
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to sales transactions, including contracts, agreements, pitch project and client records.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the system.
• Provide regular reports to the sales management team on deal status, forecasts, and any potential challenges.

Primary duties:

• Sales strategy development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the business goals, target markets, and services.
• Sales planning: Create sales plans, including sales forecasts, budgets, and resource allocation, to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Sales presentations: Deliver persuasive and compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing the agency's services and value proposition.
• Client acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients, nurturing leads, and converting them into paying clients through effective sales techniques.
• Client relationship management: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention.

Secondary duties:

• Pipeline management: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring that leads progress smoothly through the sales funnel.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the agency and clients.
• Sales metrics analysis: Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
• Market research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
