Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare internal reports for the company through compiling information, i.e. Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL)
- Daily cash and other collection reconciliation and perform posting of accounting entries
- Processing of supplier invoices, staff claims and petty cash claims including matching and verifying accuracy and completeness of supporting documents
- To prepare payment & management report if required under senior account supervision
- Experience in accounting system is an added advantages
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
