Job Details

Job Responsibilities: 

• Ensure proper labelling, categorization, and organization of items in the store for easy accessibility.
• Ensure store and counter are neat, tidy and orderly as well as the store tools and facilities are in good shape.
• Pick stock according to the delivery documents and assign it to despatch for delivery.
• Receive incoming stock and inspect for damages. 
• Verify quantity and item code against delivery documents.

Requirements: 

• SPM, or equivalent; additional education in inventory management is a plus.
• 1-2 years of experience in storekeeping and warehouse management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical fitness for lifting and moving heavy items.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Basic customer service skills.

仓库管理员

工作内容：

• 确保仓库中的货品有正确的标签与分类，及排列整齐，以便容易方便取用。
• 确保仓库、柜台干净整洁、有序，店内工具、设施完好。
• 根据交货单挑取库存并分配给发货员以进行交货。
• 接收进货并检查是否有损坏。
• 根据交货文件验证数量和项目代码。

要求：

• SPM 或同等学历；有仓库管理方面的文凭是额外优势。
• 1 至 2 年仓库管理经验。
• 优秀的沟通和人际交往能力。
• 具备举起和移动重物等方面的体力。
• 了解工作环境健康和安全准则。
• 良好的书面和口头沟通能力。
• 良好的时间管理能力。
• 基本的客户服务应对技能。
