We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Executive to join our dynamic team at PHHP Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd in Desa Cemerlang, Ulu Tiram.

Responsibilities:

• Manage cash flow across all company bank accounts and prepare creditor payment proposals.
• Assist in verifying and processing cash-in-transit (CIT) billings for branch operations.
• Monitor and validate sales collections for all branches.
• Manage the setup and maintenance of product codes in the system.
• Ensure accurate review and verification of accounts receivable (AR), expenses, and invoices.
• Oversee supplier payment processes and cash flow management for the group of companies.
• Supervise and reconcile petty cash transactions.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Possess at least an LCCI qualification in Accountancy or its equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of computer software packages.
• Ability to meet deadlines and write simple reports.
• Good command of both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adaptable and receptive to change.
• Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
