Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Provide user support for PC usage and maintenance
• Troubleshoot various hardware, software, and networking issues
• Set up new and used PCs and laptops, install software, and maintain hardware
• Maintain and support the door access system
• Manage and maintain speed dial settings and extensions for IP phones
• Ensure the server room and IT workroom are tidy and clean at all times
• Segregate IT hardware for disposa
• Train users on PC and laptop maintenance
• Audit users' computers (e.g., antivirus software)
• Support the client/server antivirus infrastructure
• Supervise regular IT vendors
• Perform server checklists and apply OS patches
• Undertake any other duties as instructed by the Supervisor

Requirements: 

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Minimum 1+ years of working experience in related field
