Responsibilities:
a) Data Entry tasks:
- Enter invoices into the database system.
- Enter purchase requests and forward them to the relevant department.
- Enter monthly reports into the system.
b) Maintain files of documents used and prepared.
c) Enter monthly reports and update the daily loading summary.
d) Maintain a well-organized filing system for office records, including uniform, shoes, and leave management reports.
e) Deposit cheques as needed.
f) Assist walk-in customers with product purchases.
