Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact between customers and the company regarding customer orders.
- Receive and process purchase orders (PO) from customers and liaise with planners on the scheduled delivery dates. Provide timely responses to customer inquiries regarding support dates.
- Responsible for rescheduling existing POs for pull-in, push-out, or cancellation, and arrange for shipments.
- Plan and manage consignment stock at the hub, arrange for shipment, and handle consignment billing.
- Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with forwarders or agents for the shipment process.
- Issue RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), credit notes, and debit notes.
- Maintain part mapping and pricing for each customer in the SAP system.
- Assist the sales and marketing team as needed.
- Responsible for preparing the month-to-date report on customer bookings on a weekly basis.
- Perform any other duties related to customer service responsibilities.
