Responsibilities:
- Handle daily production and quality-related matters and issues.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of HACCP, GMP, and Quality Control programs.
- Coordinate and manage internal audits, process reviews, and external audits.
- Update and monitor manual SOPs, ISO working instructions, and forms.
- Provide in-house training on GMP, HACCP, and food/personal hygiene to all staff within the company.
- Coordinate and manage new product development and documentation.
- Ensure that product quality meets customer requirements.
- Monitor and ensure that tooling and equipment are calibrated and stored properly.
- Manage daily duties independently with minimal supervision and perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Flexible, with a positive attitude and adaptability to change.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and possess good communication skills.
- A responsible team player or leader.
