As a service crew cum tearista, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages and ensuring a memorable experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent, personalized service to customers.
  • Familiarize yourself with system operations and procedures.
  • Double-check orders and ensure food/drinks meet quality standards, fulfilling customer satisfaction and needs.
  • Serve food and drinks to customers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of tables and chairs at all times.
  • Refill materials and ingredients such as merchandise, menus, and pencils.
  • Ensure sufficient inventory of takeaway packaging items at the packing counter, and assist with takeaway and delivery order processes.
  • Prepare drinks and desserts for customers.
  • Ensure all drinks and desserts meet the established standards of preparation and presentation.
  • Measure ingredients and follow brewing methods to maintain menu item quality.
  • Track ingredient expiry dates and ensure proper usage based on expiration.
  • Manage inventory levels and request stock replenishment when needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar station.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM certificate.
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Endurance to walk and stand for long hours.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
