  • Elmina Lakeside, Shah Alam
  • Mount Austin, JB

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer inquiries and provide good service
  • Register and maintain customer attendance records
  • Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
  • Respond to messages and inquiries promptly
  • Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the center
  • Provide continuous personal interaction to improve customer vitality
  • Handle branch opening and closing  according to the shift schedule

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a diploma in any field
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, Mandarin, or Bahasa Malaysia
  • Tidy, meticulous, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Able to work shifts
  • 5 working days with 2 off days on weekdays
