Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide good service
- Register and maintain customer attendance records
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Respond to messages and inquiries promptly
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the center
- Provide continuous personal interaction to improve customer vitality
- Handle branch opening and closing according to the shift schedule
Requirements:
- Minimum of a diploma in any field
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, Mandarin, or Bahasa Malaysia
- Tidy, meticulous, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Able to work shifts
- 5 working days with 2 off days on weekdays
