Responsibilities:

• Responsible for promoting and selling the company’s logistics services to pursue new sales opportunities and increase business revenue
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective customers,assessing client-specific needs, and creating solutions
• Planning own sales activity and daily sales call
• Weekly visits to clients to collect sales orders for import & export shipments
• Monitoring sales performance against KPI
• Providing quotes for current and prospective clients using analytical and logistic planning
• Following up closely with current and prospective clients on offered solutions
• Taking ownership of customer issues and following through until resolution
• Performing any other related tasks assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Possess at least a diploma or degree in Logistics, Marketing, International Business, or a related field
• 1 year of relevant work experience is an advantage
• Must have own transport and be willing to travel outstation
• Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
• Proficient in negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the shipping industry is an advantage
