Responsibilities:

a) Order Processing

  • Receive and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure order fulfillment

b) Customer Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

c) Data Management

  • Maintain and update customer databases
  • Compile and analyze sales data to generate reports for management

d) Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales presentations and proposals
  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings and appointments

e) Communication

  • Liaise between the sales team and other internal departments
  • Communicate with customers and vendors regarding order status, delivery, and other relevant information

f) Documentation

  • Prepare and maintain sales contracts, agreements, and other relevant documents
  • Ensure that all sales-related documentation is accurate and filed appropriately

g) Inventory Management

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability
  • Work with the procurement team to replenish stock as needed

h) Reporting

  • Generate regular reports on sales activities, performance, and trends
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data

i) Training and Onboarding

  • Assist in training new sales team members on processes and systems
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to the sales team

j) Administrative Tasks

  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, answering phones, and managing office supplies
  • Assist in organizing sales events, conferences, and trade shows

k) System Management

  • Use and maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track sales activities and customer interactions

l) Compliance

  • Ensure that all sales-related activities comply with company policies and regulations
