- Quality control
- Quality assurance
- Quality improvement
- Quality compliance
- Food hygiene
- Material control and sourcing
- Investigating and resolving dispute on product quality
- Research and Development in new product quality and formulation
- Handling external quality audit and visit
- Handling external lab tests
- Internal Audit for ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and HACCP System
- Authorised to reject non-conformance products
- Authorised to set and revise product quality standard
