Requirements:

• Mandarin speakers preferred
• Excellent verbal and written Mandarin and English communication skills; candidates will complete a language test to assess fluency
• Ability to communicate in written professional English
• Experience in live chat and email replies is fundamental
• The ability to navigate several computer platforms simultaneously
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Experience in customer service and/or call center
• High school, diploma or equivalent
