Retail Sales 

Work Locations:

• iTworld, Mi Store, Honor (Sunshine Central Mall, Ayer Itam, Penang)
• Gloo (AEON Midvalley Megamall, Kuala Lumpur)
• iTworld (Starling mall, Petaling Jaya, Selangor)
• iTworld (AEON Manjung, Perak)

Salary:

• Up to RM3,500.00

Working Hours:

• 6 days, rotational shift schedule

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Retail Sales to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will:

a) Customer Engagement

• Greet customers and provide personalized product recommendations based on their needs.

b) Product Knowledge & Demonstrations 

• Share your passion for IT products, explaining features and benefits clearly. You will also demonstrate products to customers to ensure they understand the value they provide.

c) Sales Targets

• Actively promote and upsell products to meet or exceed sales targets.

d) Daily Retail Operations

• Assist with tasks such as preparing sales reports, conducting stock takes, and maintaining a clean and organized store.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Minimum of 1 year of retail experience
• Knowledge of IT products and technology is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Must be patient, self-motivated, and possess a positive, sales-driven attitude
• Previous retail experience is preferred
