Retail Supervisor

Working Days:

• 5.5 days

Working Hours:

• 10:00am – 7:00pm (Monday – Friday) 
• 10:00am – 2:00pm (Saturday)

Salary Range:

•  Up to RM3,500.00

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will:

• Submit daily retail visitation reports.
• Plan, manage, and ensure the smooth operations of retail stores located in the Klang Valley.
• Guide and coach retail sales staff on daily operations, compliance with retail SOPs, product knowledge, selling skills, and other assigned tasks.
• Ensure the accuracy of stock levels at assigned outlets at all times.
• Achieve sales targets for assigned outlets.
• Assist in recruitment planning to support manpower needs, conduct interviews, and handle staffing issues by providing guidance and counseling.
• Actively participate in company sales activities and marketing events.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent
• At least 1 to 3 years of working experience in sales or the IT field is preferred
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess leadership skills and experience
• High level of conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Applicants must be willing to work in KL/Selangor
