We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Executive to join our team.

5 days, 8:30am – 6:30pm

Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions
- Managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding
- Conducting orientation programs for new employees and coordinating internal/external training sessions.
- Addressing staffing issues by providing guidance and counseling
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and action plans to improve operational productivity and support organizational growth
- Handling day-to-day administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of daily operations
- Coordinating the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries
- Identifying and analyzing training needs of staff, and developing effective training plans to ensure all staff receive sufficient training to perform their job functions
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude with a high level of confidentiality
- Proficient in HR matters and well-versed in Malaysian labor laws such as the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, etc. (Added advantage)
- Committed, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor
