We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Executive to join our team.

Work Location:

• Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Working Days & Hours:

• 5 days, 8:30am – 6:30pm

Salary Range:

• Up to RM3,500.00

Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions
• Managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding
• Conducting orientation programs for new employees and coordinating internal/external training sessions.
• Addressing staffing issues by providing guidance and counseling
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and action plans to improve operational productivity and support organizational growth
• Handling day-to-day administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of daily operations
• Coordinating the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries
• Identifying and analyzing training needs of staff, and developing effective training plans to ensure all staff receive sufficient training to perform their job functions

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude with a high level of confidentiality
• Proficient in HR matters and well-versed in Malaysian labor laws such as the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, etc. (Added advantage)
• Committed, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor
