We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our retail team!
Work Locations:
- Gloo, AEON Midvalley Megamall (Kuala Lumpur)
- Sunshine Central Mall ( Ayer Itam, Penang)
Working Days:
- 6 days, rotational shift schedule
Monthly Allowance:
- Up to RM1,200.00
Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Welcome customers by greeting them and providing customized solutions based on their needs
- Share your knowledge of IT products, clearly explaining their benefits and features to diverse audiences, while providing exceptional customer service
- Provide appropriate recommendations and demonstrate the features of products to customers
- Achieve sales targets by promoting products to customers
- Assist with daily retail tasks, such as preparing sales reports, conducting stock takes, and more
Job Requirements:
- Open to all interns and fresh graduates who are eager to learn about retail operations in the IT industry
- Diploma/Degree in Retail Management, Sales, Business, Customer Service, Management, Entrepreneurship, or any related field
