Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the company’s operations.
- Ensure full adoption and compliance with workflow and standard operating procedures.
- Handle inventory operations, including reporting, filing, and other related tasks.
- Perform administrative and division support activities.
- Respond in a professional and timely manner to any customer queries or complaints, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as required by the company.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess or be currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Public Relations, Marketing, Mass Communication, E-commerce, Finance/Accountancy, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any equivalent course
