Responsibilities:
We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute creative event concepts aligned with organizational goals.
- Handle all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, décor, and more.
- Identify and secure partnerships with relevant vendors, negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring the timely delivery of services and products.
- Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential attendees from various sources (LinkedIn, personalized calls, EDMs, etc.), nurturing leads to ensure maximum attendance and engagement.
- Undertake any other tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field are preferred
- Highly organized with the ability to perform well under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven experience in event planning and execution
- Ability to adapt and nurture leads through various channels (email, calls, etc)
- Confident in speaking to drive attendance and engagement
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and proactive
- Applicants must be willing to travel outstation
