Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Admin Executive to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Execute division policy and ensure full adoption and comply with workflow or standard operation procedures
- Manage daily operational tasks, including processing staff claims, updating training records, fixed asset records, filing and other HR tasks
- Prepare and issue HR-related letters as needed
- Process and verify staff attendance records to ensure accuracy
- Assist in onboarding new hires by preparing necessary documents and ensuring a smooth induction process
- Handle inquiries from employees
- To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource or equivalent
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Preferred language s): Chinese
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Organized, strong communication and excellent time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and processes
- Positive attitude and self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Committed person, Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
