Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Admin Executive to join our team. In this role, you will:

  • Execute division policy and ensure full adoption and comply with workflow or standard operation procedures
  • Manage daily operational tasks, including processing staff claims, updating training records, fixed asset records, filing and other HR tasks
  • Prepare and issue HR-related letters as needed
  • Process and verify staff attendance records to ensure accuracy
  • Assist in onboarding new hires by preparing necessary documents and ensuring a smooth induction process
  • Handle inquiries from employees
  • To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource or equivalent
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Preferred language s): Chinese
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Organized, strong communication and excellent time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and processes
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Committed person, Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
