We are looking for a dedicated and organized Customer Service cum Admin Executive to join our team.
Work Location:
- iTworld, Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Workings Days & Hours:
- 5.5 days, Schedule
Salary Range:
- Up to RM3,500.00
Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- To efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer call inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer services
- Performing inspections, preparing reports, manage warranty claim, etc to ensure highest quality of work and all Service Level Agreement are meet
- Responsible for daily operational tasks for the Company to ensure smooth running of daily operation
- To respond in a professional and timely manner to any customer query/complaint and to facilitate its prompt resolution
- Striving to achieve and maintain overall performance adhering to SLA
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations/Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent
- Organized, strong communication and excellent time management skills
- High level of conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and customer service orientation
- Knowledge in Apple products will be an added advantage
- Applicants must be willing to work in 3 Two Square, Petaling Jaya, Selangor
