We are looking for a dedicated and organized Customer Service cum Admin Executive to join our team.

Work Location:

• iTworld, Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Workings Days & Hours:

• 5.5 days, Schedule

Salary Range:

• Up to RM3,500.00

Job Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• To efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer call inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer services
• Performing inspections, preparing reports, manage warranty claim, etc to ensure highest quality of work and all Service Level Agreement are meet
• Responsible for daily operational tasks for the Company to ensure smooth running of daily operation
• To respond in a professional and timely manner to any customer query/complaint and to facilitate its prompt resolution
• Striving to achieve and maintain overall performance adhering to SLA

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations/Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent
• Organized, strong communication and excellent time management skills
• High level of conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and customer service orientation
• Knowledge in Apple products will be an added advantage
• Applicants must be willing to work in 3 Two Square, Petaling Jaya, Selangor
