Job Details

Responsibilities: 

• To prepare and conduct Vacant Possession (VP) and key collection. 
• To attend sales enquiry when necessary.
• Coordinate defect rectification works for Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and during Defect Liability Period (DLP).
• To prepare defect report and keeping records of defects rectification works. 
• To communicate and coordinate with the project team and contractors for the arrangement of defect rectification. 
• Handling of customer’s feedback and complaints on daily basis. 
• To provide timely updates to customers defect work progress status.
• Responsible for proper documentation & filing system.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of related experience in Real Estate Property
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Good communication skills in English and Malay
• Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Vacant possession

• Able to travel with own transport
