We are looking for a friendly and proactive Mall/Retail Concierge to enhance the shopping experience for our visitors!

The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assisting guests with their needs, inquiries, and services throughout the mall.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist mall visitors, providing information about stores, events, and mall services.
• Respond to guest inquiries, helping with directions, store locations, and facility information.
• Assist with special requests, including lost and found items and event bookings.
• Promote mall events, promotions, and loyalty programs (if any) to enhance customer engagement.
• Coordinate with the operations and management teams to address visitor needs and feedback.
• Maintain a clean and organized concierge area, ensuring all materials and resources are up to date.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Stay informed about current promotions, store openings, and local attractions to provide accurate information.

Requirements:

• SPM certificate or a diploma in Hospitality or Retail Management is an advantage
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment
• Proficient in using computers and basic office software
• Ability to work on flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Solution-oriented mindset when addressing day-to-day issues
• Requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of materials

Work Location: Bukit Bintang City Centre, KL
