Responsibilities:
a) Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
- Develop and implement marketing plans tailored to the retail outlet’s goals
- Identify target demographics and craft messaging to resonate with them
- Oversee advertising campaigns across social media, email, print, and in-store
b) Event Management
- Plan, organize, and execute in-store and external promotional events, such as product launches, seasonal sales, contests, and customer appreciation days.
- Coordinate with vendors, decorators, and entertainers to ensure successful event execution
- Manage event logistics, including budgeting, staffing, inventory, and scheduling
- Engage customers through experiential marketing techniques like live demonstrations, workshops, and exclusive previews
- Track event performance through foot traffic, sales figures, and feedback
c) Customer Engagement & Loyalty
- Build customer loyalty through programs, exclusive offers, and personalized experiences
- Manage customer feedback and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction
- Leverage in-store displays, signage, and interactive setups to attract attention and improve the shopping experience
d) Market Research & Trends
- Conduct market analysis to identify consumer trends and competitor activities
- Gather customer insights to improve marketing efforts and event planning
e) Digital Marketing
- Promote events and campaigns through digital platforms such as social media, email, and websites
- Manage online reviews, comments, and inquiries to build a positive brand image
- Optimize the store's online presence through SEO, SEM, and local directory listings
f) Brand Management
- Ensure consistent branding across all materials, including advertisements, signage, and events
- Develop partnerships with local businesses and influencers to expand reach
g) Budgeting & Reporting
- Plan and allocate budgets for campaigns and events effectively
- Track marketing and event ROI, presenting insights and recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
