Job Objectives:

  • Performs diversified coordinator duties and provides general administrative and operations support ensuring company is organized efficiently and effectively. Provides & compiles necessary updates and reports to relevant parties. Act as the bridge of communication between headquarters to internal and external parties. Liaises and follow-up with all level and key person to achieve effective communication.

Job Responsibilities: 

a) Planning and Implementation 

  • Construct clear memorandum & right operating procedure for the company 
  • Review and improve company’s effectiveness through developing new plans or enhancing existing plans for optimized productivity 
  • Plan, evaluate and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency and output 

b) Reporting 

  • Prepare reports to related parties mainly with Microsoft Excel 
  • Collecting data and reports from Microstrategy server and other relevant departments. 
  • Conduct performance data that includes sales, quantity and GP to monitor overall productivity and effectiveness.
     

c) Renovation Works 

  • Coordinate the development of projects and ensure all necessary parties to contribute to the success of the projects. 
  • Work with interior designer, contractors and vendors. 
  • Examine outlet floor plan (AutoCAD) to ensure authority compliance and standardization 
  • Maintain a healthy costing in regards to renovation matters 
  • Tracking the work progress, identify risk and resolve issues. Ensure the progress is within timeline. 
  • Track and inform of renovation progress to internal and external parties 
  • ** Other responsibilities Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
     

Job Requirements: 

  • Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial, Management or equivalent
  • Experience: 1-2 years’ experience, preferably in retail field
  • Language:Mandarin, English, Malay 
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Basic knowledge in communication skills
  • Basic knowledge in financial skills
  • Basic knowledge in technology skills
  • Basic knowledge in personal Mastery Skills such as confidentiality, multitasking and etc
