We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the insurance agency. This role involves handling a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and clerical functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Prepare and distribute policy documents, endorsements, and other correspondence
  • Maintain and update client files and databases
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of insurance applications and claims
  • Handle billing and invoicing processes, including tracking payments and following up on outstanding accounts
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by superiors from time to time

Requirements:

  • Preferably 1-2 year, but no experience is also welcomed
