Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media to expand market presence.
• Conduct market research to identify sales prospects and assess customer needs.
• Negotiate and close deals while addressing customer objections and concerns.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
• Monitor market trends and recommend product enhancements based on insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly supply chain, to ensure on-time delivery to customers and coordinate any delays or changes accordingly.
• Ensure timely collection of payments in compliance with company policies.
• Submit daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly sales reports.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management as required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by your superior or management as deemed necessary.

Requirements:

• Possess at least SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage
• Enjoy meeting people, result-oriented, able to multitask, and a team player
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a related field is required
• Possess own transport and be willing to travel
• Willing to work 5.5 days a week
