Job Details

Responsibilities:

• The Climbing Gym Crew receives customers at the service counter, establishes types of membership, sells gym passes, offers climbing gear including harness and shoes.
• He/She briefs parents with young children 5 years old and below of the compulsory accompany of the parent (with max 2 children) throughout the climbing session.  
• He/She operates the POS system to record customers' check in/out and sale transactions.
• He/She conducts safety briefings for all first-time climbers, go on safety rounds regularly during the shift.  
• As part of the duties, he/she has to keep the gym floor, locker rooms, shoe racks and crew rest area in a clean and tidy condition including vacuuming the gym floor, tidying the climbing ropes before the gym closes for the day.
• He/She may be assigned to one of the five gyms at i12 Katong, Kallang Wave Mall, Funan Mall, Novena Square Velocity and SAFRA Choa Chu Kang. For FT Crew, each shift is 6 paid hours with a 15-min non-paid break is 3 x 6 hour shift + 2 x 12 hour shift to make up 44 hours a week. Earn $9–$12/hour with flexible shifts.

Requirements:

• Applicants are required to commit a minimum of 2 years
• Free gym passes will be offered upon passing the 2 OJT and probation
• Gym Crew who displayed excellent performance in customer and sales skills and leadership traits will be shortlisted for Asst DO and DO training
• He/She may also be considered for Operations Executive when displaying excellent performance in customer and sales skills and leadership traits
