What You’ll Do:
- Assist Customers via Live Chat: Be the first point of contact for customers who need help. Answer questions, resolve issues, and make them feel valued with every interaction.
- Respond Quickly & Effectively: Handle multiple live chat conversations at the same time. Keep it cool under pressure and deliver speedy, accurate solutions.
- Provide Exceptional Service: Help customers with anything from product information to troubleshooting. Every chat is an opportunity to make someone’s day better.
- Engage and Build Relationships: Take the time to connect with customers. Build rapport, suggest helpful solutions, and leave them with a smile (even if you can’t see it!).
- Meet Performance Targets: Work with your team to meet key performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
