Job Title: Customer Service Officer 
Work Location: Tebrau Shopping Centre (Information Centre), Johor
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

 a) Customer Service Excellence

  • Handle complex or escalated customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Identify and address potential service issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Regularly evaluate customer service quality through feedback and performance metrics.

Qualifications and Skills

  • SPM/Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a supervisory role, preferably in retail or shopping mall environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to handle escalated issues calmly
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (other local languages are a plus)
  • Familiarity with customer management software and Microsoft Office
  • Leadership skills, with an emphasis on team motivation and conflict resolution

Working Conditions

  • Working Location: Tebrau Shopping Centre, Johor bahru, Johor
  • Full-time role, requiring availability during weekends, holidays, and peak shopping hours
