Key Responsibilities
a) Customer Service Excellence
- Handle complex or escalated customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Identify and address potential service issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Regularly evaluate customer service quality through feedback and performance metrics.
Qualifications and Skills
- SPM/Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- At least 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a supervisory role, preferably in retail or shopping mall environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to handle escalated issues calmly
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (other local languages are a plus)
- Familiarity with customer management software and Microsoft Office
- Leadership skills, with an emphasis on team motivation and conflict resolution
Working Conditions
- Working Location: Tebrau Shopping Centre, Johor bahru, Johor
- Full-time role, requiring availability during weekends, holidays, and peak shopping hours
