Position: AutoCAD Drafter

Reporting to: R&D/ PE Manager

Job Descriptions:

We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD 2D and 3D, Autodesk Inverter or SolidWorks drafter to generate drawing CAD models for our internal usage using AutoCAD or SolidWorks software. In this role, you will be required to meet with workshop manager to discuss and identify the different type of existing items for CAD design (mostly,tray,rack,basket,trolley), take Odds, and generate drawings by software.

To ensure success as a drafter, you should have extensive experience working with AutoCAD or SolidWorks software, advanced design skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting with workshop manager, and engineers to discuss and identify the need.
• Take Odds
• Presenting rough design drafts for R&D approval.
• Ensuring product designs meet required safety and structural standards.
• Generating Solid and Surface CAD models using software.
• Completing job reports

Requirements:

• Diploma/High Vocational certificate in AutoCAD software or Solidworks
• Previous work experience as an CAD drafter
• Advanced knowledge of CAD and AutoCAD software 2D/3D, Autodesk Inverter or SolidWorks
• Knowledge of state safety and structure regulations
• Excellent technical design skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to project manage
