We are looking for a friendly and proactive Mall/ Retail Concierge to enhance the shopping experience for our visitors!
Position: Mall Concierge
Location: Bukit Bintang City Centre, KL
Job Type: Full-Time
Basic Salary: RM2200 to RM2500
Overtime: 3-4 hours/day
Gross salary: RM3500+ 12-month contract based (Will convert after 1 year with good performance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist mall visitors, providing information about stores, events, and mall services
- Respond to guest inquiries, helping with directions, store locations, and facility information
- Assist with special requests, including lost and found and event bookings
- Promote mall events, promotions, and loyalty programs (if any) to enhance customer engagement
- Coordinate with operations and management team to address visitor needs and feedback
- Maintain a clean and organized concierge area, ensuring all materials and resources are up to date
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Stay informed about current promotions, store openings, and local attractions to provide accurate information
Requirements:
- SPM certificate or diploma in hospitality or retail management is an advantage
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment
- Proficient in using computers and basic office software
