Role: Specialist – SAP EWM Project Implementation Engineer (English & Mandarin Language Support)
Working Location: Uptown Damansara
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze client business processes and requirements to design and implement EWM solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, logistics, and warehouse operations, to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure high system performance and reliability.
- Provide training and support to customers, ensuring they are proficient in using the SAP EWM system.
- Document project processes, procedures, and configurations for future reference and knowledge transfer.
Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in SAP EWM project implementation, with a strong understanding of warehouse management processes and SAP EWM functionalities.
- At least one project experience of intelligent warehouse management which involved automation equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, mandarin is nice to have, for effective collaboration across diverse teams.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and project implementations.
