Role: Technical Support Executive – Thai Language
What you'll do:
- He/She will be required to manage incoming calls and emails pertaining to PCs, Laptops and related products and services
- The position will require you to support the contact centre in spoken and written English and Thai
The Requirements:
- Degree in IT related disciplines or related field
- 23 years old and above
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Thai
- Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team
- Dynamic, highly motivated and a result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
- Well versed in PC hardware, software and Smartphones
