What You'll Do:
- Assist Customers and Engineers: Diagnose and resolve technical or service-related issues for our customers and field engineers.
- Troubleshoot Problems: Identify defective hardware or software products and provide effective solutions.
- Educate and Advise: Use your experience and our guideline documentation to educate customers and ensure their technical issues are resolved.
- Share Insights: Provide valuable input on recurring customer problems to our technical team.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the TAM Teams to monitor and track issues, ensuring accurate resolutions.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Educational Background: Diploma or degree in IT-related disciplines
- Language Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin / Cantonese
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar position. Contact center experience is an advantage

Work Schedule:
- Operating hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 8:00pm
- Working days: 5-day work week with off days based on a roster
