Working Location: 

  • Johor Bahru 

Responsibilities:

  • Assists customers across multiple channels
  • Handles enquiries and provides timely responses
  • Handles requests and activates subscriptions
  • Maintains customer records by updating CRM
  • Supports Business Continuity 
  • Identifies and escalates improvement opportunities
  • Support customer recoveries by explaining procedures; forwards required solutions/adjustments

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years old, completed with SPM, UEC, and IGCSE certificates
  • Be result driven and demonstrate personal integrity
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work as a strong team player in a dynamic, multi-cultural, fast paced and highly demanding environment
  • Malaysia & Singapore Market 
  • Language: Bahasa Melayu, English
  • Working Days & Shifts: 24/7 Rotational Shifts, 6 days
  • Headcount: 40 + 40
  • Salary: Basic RM 1,900 (Malaysian Mkt) RM 2,100 (Singapore Mkt) + KPI 400 + Shifts & 6 Days Allowance 600 
  • Leave Policy: Annual Leave – 12 Days, Medical Leave – 14 Days, Additional leave details will be provided during the onboarding process
