Responsibilities:
- Assists customers across multiple channels
- Handles enquiries and provides timely responses
- Handles requests and activates subscriptions
- Maintains customer records by updating CRM
- Supports Business Continuity
- Identifies and escalates improvement opportunities
- Support customer recoveries by explaining procedures; forwards required solutions/adjustments
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years old, completed with SPM, UEC, and IGCSE certificates
- Be result driven and demonstrate personal integrity
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to work as a strong team player in a dynamic, multi-cultural, fast paced and highly demanding environment
- Malaysia & Singapore Market
- Language: Bahasa Melayu, English
- Working Days & Shifts: 24/7 Rotational Shifts, 6 days
- Headcount: 40 + 40
- Salary: Basic RM 1,900 (Malaysian Mkt) RM 2,100 (Singapore Mkt) + KPI 400 + Shifts & 6 Days Allowance 600
- Leave Policy: Annual Leave – 12 Days, Medical Leave – 14 Days, Additional leave details will be provided during the onboarding process
