Farmio Malaysia is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist!

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Address customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat promptly and professionally
• Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring quick resolution and customer satisfaction
• Order Management: Process orders, track shipments, and coordinate delivery updates with the logistics team
• Customer Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty
• Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately maintain customer records and prepare regular service performance reports
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth workflows and resolve any order-related issues
• Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to support continuous improvement in products and services

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related fields is preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the FMCG or wholesale industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, English and Malay. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively
• A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment
