We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our team!
This role involves supporting and executing key site strategic and new projects, including MDR 2.0, Master UDI, and other assigned projects
Working Location:
- Port Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage assigned projects from start to finish
- Ensure timely delivery of IQ, OQ, and PQ validation documents in accordance with project timelines
- Prepare accurate, precise, and well-presented project documentation
- Independently resolve validation deviations or discrepancies
- Support validation activities, including work on weekends or public holidays if required
- Oversee the transfer and validation of production equipment & processes
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation
- Ensure compliance with Company’s Code of Conduct, Health & Safety, and Environmental Standards
- Work distribution: 30% documentation, 30% coordination, 40% execution
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, process validation, or project management
- Experience in equipment development/validation is an advantage
- Prior experience in Alcon with relevant validation knowledge is a plus
