We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented candidate to join our team. This role provides hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations, including ticketing, marketing, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations and projects.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and printing of relevant documents.
  • Update payment vouchers, receipts, invoices, and credit notes (CNs) into the accounting system (Autocount System).
  • Assist in ticketing and creation of tour packages.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives via our social media platforms.
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Stay focused and efficient in completing assigned tasks within deadlines.
  • Demonstrate proactiveness in learning and executing projects.
  • Bring creative and out-of-the-box ideas to improve processes and engagement.
  • Engage in on-the-job learning and actively seek growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture in a diverse workplace.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree or recent graduate
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently when needed
  • Detail-oriented with basic accounting knowledge (Autocount System experience is a plus)
  • Creative mindset with an interest in marketing and social media engagement
